​After spending more than a decade as an elementary educator, I launched my own tutoring business during the pandemic. While I loved working with students, I quickly discovered that my greatest strengths were behind the scenes - creating systems, organizing processes, and helping educational businesses run smoothly so they can better serve families.

Today, I serve as the Online Business Manager and Project Coordinator for My Happy Teacher, where I've worked alongside Kathy since the beginning. I support everything from tutor onboarding and family communication to scheduling, systems development, and program launches. My goal is to create a seamless experience for families and ensure our team has the tools and support they need to help every child succeed.

When I'm not working, you'll find me in Maryland with my husband, our son Ryker, and our dog Lilly—usually with a book, an iced coffee, or a Bravo show nearby.
